An invoice will be sent by email after order confirmation. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice issuance. Payment methods will be listed on the invoice.

ご注文確定（入金確認）後、2〜3週間で作成し、メールにてテキストとイラストを配信いたします。

After order confirmation (payment verification), content will be created and delivered via email within 2–3 weeks.

キャンセル・返品

Cancellation and Returns

注文後7日以内かつ作業開始前のキャンセルについては全額返金いたします。作業開始後のキャンセルはお受けできません。詳細はキャンセルポリシーをご確認ください。

Cancellations within 7 days of ordering and before work begins are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after work has started are not accepted. See the cancellation policy for details.
