Refunds are not available in the following cases:

• 編集作業が開始された後のキャンセル（7日以内であっても）
• Cancellation after editorial work has begun (even if within 7 days)
• 納品後のキャンセル
• Cancellation after delivery
• お客様の都合による長期間の返信不能（14日以上）
• Extended unavailability due to customer circumstances (14 days or more)
